2. No Guarantee of Approval oricl
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or vehicle availability. Vehicles are limited and released based on availability. Approved applicants are contacted in order of eligibility and availability.
3. Eligibility
Applicants may be subject to:
- Valid driver’s license
- Active gig-driver status (rideshare or delivery platforms)
- Minimum weekly earnings
- Verification of driving record and platform account
We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion.
4. Driver’s License Use & DPPA Compliance
By applying, you consent to the collection and use of your driver’s license information for identity verification, eligibility determination, insurance requirements, and fraud prevention.
All driver’s license information is handled in compliance with the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) and applicable laws.
Driver information will only be used for lawful purposes related to your application and rental services and will not be disclosed except as permitted by law.
5. Earnings Disclaimer
Any income references (e.g., $1,000+/week) are estimates based on active drivers. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance and market conditions.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Vehicle availability delays
- Platform account issues
- Earnings fluctuations
Rental agreements are separate and will be provided upon vehicle assignment.

Program Description:
By opting into Coastal Crest Mobility Alerts, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your vehicle rental and application, including booking confirmations, payment reminders, account notifications, service updates, and promotional messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to our number. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin, sign up again through our website or reply “START” to resume receiving messages.
